Tropical Axolotl design

Carrying it's babies on its inflatable cheeks, this axolotl can move around for a while before needing some water, the moment it moves from puddle to puddle with its babies. Thus it needs to hide from predators, it uses mushroom's spores to hide. Then when it reaches the new puddle, spores spread through water, helping the mushrooms' reproduction.
