Raptor bird design

A male, thus the bright colouring on his feathers. It's an omnivore the size of a cat but his talons and wings are ready for a quick attack, either from land or air. It's the size of a cat, meaning he can be easily predated. Female's feathers don't include the coloured ones, so they can just camouflage in the snow, while males bury themselves, leaving just their back visible.
